His trial was scheduled for a date towards the end of December. Still pending.

Seems unlikely he'd be suspended this year.

Our last game of the season is on the 29th.

His trial date will get kicked again. Judges like to vacation around the holidays like everyone else. He has a motion to suppress evidence in November and a hearing is scheduled for trial readiness the Friday after Christmas. Alameda courts are very backed up, just like the rest of California.

It's unlikely he will be suspended this year. Goodell likes to wait for the conclusion of criminal cases before imposing suspensions. If he was going to suspend him without the conclusion of the case, he would have done it by now. A suspension for DUI relates to a violation for substance abuse policy. Typically the player only gets fined for his first offense (His prior issues were under the personal conduct policy).
