I see one comp that I can't shake. It's Young Russell Wilson.

Let's see:

He's older (24)
He's smaller than average
He's got wheels
He has a sixth sense for running around in the pocket to buy time
He's got a pretty live arm
He can push the ball downfield with touch
When he misses, he usually misses high rather than low
He's got a "corny leader" type of personality
Draft stock is similar
He's got really efficient passing stats

He may not be as naturally talented as Russ was coming out, but the similarities are just undeniable to me.

Hall runs a lot, but also threw a bunch of very nice passes in these highlight reels, including a few in the pocket down the middle. Does remind me of Russ, and can really frustrate defenses. I'd hate for a division rival to get him.
