Personally I think 1 and 3 are bit overblown, and can be overcome in a variety of ways (heated coils, grow lights, etc) if the Seahawks and Sounders were actually willing to pony up the dough.
Number 4 is already having negative impact on the field turf, so I don't think it really changes anything.
2 is by far the biggest hurdle, IMO.
