THE BLITZ WITH LYDIA CRUZ -- December 18, 2018

Pete Carroll told 710 ESPN that the Seahawks penalty-ridden performance was a result of too much effort, not a lack of player control. The Hawks HC also updated us on DJ Fluker and KJ Wright – both hopeful to return Sunday – as well as Bradley McDougald and Jordan Simmons.

Carroll is excited for the challenge Kansas City presents, especially their high-flying, versatile offense.
