Playing under Carroll and behind this OL is a dream for any QB. Not to mention the defense.

Russ wanted out for good reasons.

Sign Tom to a two year contract until we sign our Qb of the future.
Perfect stop gap. Beef up line with picks to protect him.

Tom Brady isn't interested in playing for the SEAlions, neither is Russell Wilson.

Why would Brady want to come into a rebuild situation?

Why is it a total rebuild?
How does losing Wilson equate to a total rebuild?
We're we in total rebuild mode yesterday?
Replace Wilson with a competent Qb, add pieces with draft picks.

Not saying Brady would want to sign here but, by signing a competent vet, we would be in decent shape.

Not going to happen this year. Absolutely no chance. Can't link it right now but Brucey boy wants five first round draft picks for Brady.

Let’s be honest…what QB wants to play for PC?

The Bucs aren't releasing (or whatever term it is) him so he can't explore options.

as John63 would say, RW has thrown for 3rd most TDs in history first 10 years behind Marino and Manning. Who wouldn't want to play for Pete?

I don’t think they are done yet. This was just the first move.

RW was a hand clapping let's go guy. Tom Brady would curse out the O line when they screwed up. Any O line would be better with Brady playing behind it.

Tom Brady will make our OL look top 10, see, our OL provided 2.4 seconds to RW, yes TWO POINT FOUR seconds. That was more than Buc OL gave Brady, poor Tom only had 2.3 seconds. When Brady has 2.4 seconds, he would be singing thank you , thank you, thank you, praise the lord, thank you. For that matter, ROdgers, Mahomes, Murray, Burrow, JimmyG, Tannerhill would be thanking football God for those 2.4 seconds as they had less, poor boys.

Valid argument. But, is that because of PC or Russ? I believe, mostly the latter.

If reports are true and they're shopping Lockett. It's 100% a rebuilt. Trading Russ, and releasing Bobby make it a 75% chance of a rebuild. If they go for quantity in the draft they are planning a rebuild just like 2010-2012

I can actually see them try to trade the 9th pick for a mid teens 1st AND a 2nd OR a couple of 3rds. I've heard this is a fairly deep draft outside of QB with some good talent in the top 45-50.

I'd rather role with Drew Lock then Tom Brady.
I hate guy. Also there is zero chance he would want to come here anyways, he'll probably end up a Niner this of season.

Bronco should grab Lockett, Russ needs his security blanket, and that's Lockett.

All the huge contracts that have nothing to do with the trenches need to go. Thats a rebuild. Trade both great wideouts. DK could get us great picks.
