Pretty sure that's Derick Hall with the truck, and he's into truck modifications (think it was mentioned in his YouTube video series). Don't think its purpose is to go off road. I know John S mentioned 'bringing the truck' during his draft call as well. Hope he has fun with it...but not too much fun!
