Part of the Whitehurst deal originally, has just been released by the 49ers. With Simon now out on IR, would you take a flier on him?

No idea... Has history with Pete @ USC.. A bit undersized, but we could use some depth.

Pete certainly knows him. If we don't take a look they know better. Not too concerned with the penalties...I would take BB back now in a heartbeat!
