After he was fired from Dallas. Now he's kicking butt in New Orleans =-/

"But if you remember back to the offseason the St. Louis Rams were busy trying to land Ryan to coach up their defense. The team was alright on that side of the ball in 2012 with head coach Jeff Fisher manning the post with the aid of his assistant head coach Dave McGinnis, but a real coaching staff must have a coordinator to coach up the defense. Ultimately the Rams decided on former Detroit Lions secondary coach Tim Walton to run the show, and that choice isn’t looking all that great at the season’s quarter pole

I remember Ryan being with them for a day or so but opting to go with the Saints instead. Never was quite sure what happened there. Maybe once he was in the building he quickly decided that his approach wouldn't mesh with the rest of the staff? And how did he get out of his contract?

It was "philosophy" differences. I'm starting to think the game has passed Jeff Fisher bye bye.

They had 3 home games and 1 away game that was @ TB. They have a good home advantage with their Superdome.

Let's see how they do on the road against the Bears and the Patriots before giving them props.
