Shead on PFF Defensive Team of the Week

I know, many of you don't like PFF and probably deservedly so, but I thought it was cool that he is receiving some national recognition, hopefully, he'll get some from the NFL too. If he can keep this up and w/Lane in the nickel, we could have a defensive backfield for the ages. (Did I read that Sherman was only targeted one time?)

That’s exactly what Shead managed, breaking up one pass, laying a hit on Miami’s Arian Foster to break up another, and making a nice tackle for no gain on a receiver screen."

Thanks for posting. Shead was beasting out during the game. Definitely a noteworthy performance.

I'd actually like him to go completely unnoticed with the same performance, so we can sign him to a Lane deal and keep all three guys together for cheap.
