As per PFF, who usually has very good ratings on the offensive/defensive line.

2. Bennet
5. Bryant
9. Avril
14. Clemons

3 in the top 5 for pass rush ratings.

Pretty awesome stuff, just thought I would share.

He's not. THe 4/15 list is overall ratings for a DE including run stopping and pass rush.

Clemons is a better player than Avril IMO. Already 3.5 sacks and he started to play in week 3 (barely). I know it's not all come down to sacks number but still.

Unfortunately this is from the subscription stats that PFF has so you would have to pay to view it.

As per their reasonings, Clemons has a better grade rushing the passer but Avril is slightly better VS the run and less penalities. Avril also gets a slight boost from doing well in coverage when he has been asked.

It makes sense then!

How come Bennett is not on the ProBowl ballot? They just list Clemons and Bryant. :(

I gotta tweet this to these boys, tell em to let the LOB know they're coming up.

Can't wait to hear discussions over which is better our 4 DBs or the 4 DEs.

Dude, really? They're better as a unit, but the DB's are covering their guys which gives the DE's a little more time to get to the QB. Now, with that said, both units help each other. There will be more turnovers due to QB's knowing our D-Linemen are coming and will toss up less accurate passes for our DB's to feast on.

You missed the point entirely (Reading Comprehension: A thing of the past?). Obviously both units play off each other, that's how it works. I said that the DEs are COMING UP and I can't WAIT to hear the discussion over which unit is better.

Which would garnish a lot of discussion over how dominant Seattle's defense is as a whole.

There's no right or wrong answer here (well right now it's the LOB), but by this time next year (if the same DLine is intact) they may have closed the gap and I'm excited to hear about others plays in the same light as the LOB.

There is no gap. You're comparing apples to oranges. Instead of trying to be a smart ass and looking like an idiot preaching reading comprehension, you should get it through your thick skull that they're both very talented units at what they do and one won't "surpass" the other unless one unit turns to complete garbage.

So, the Defensive ends of Seattle are on the same level as the defensive backs...interesting.

Learn something new everyday. It's a shame you're blocked two posts in on dotnet...so full of knowledge you seem to be...and a juggalo to boot...bummer.
