0. If you don't have VLC, I highly recommend it for all audio and video file playback.

1. Pick your episode, left click on the "Download" Arrow.
2. On the next page, there is a Green "Download" oval, right-click on that, and select "Save link as"
3. You will get a Save As window with "Save as type" of "MP3 Audio File (VLC) (-.mp3)
4. I usually copy the name of the podcast from the first page, then paste it in to the "Save As" window because "Episode LKN829977..." doesn't tell me anything...
