I had it all worked out how to download in a round about way, then realized I'd missed the easy way.
Open whatever podcast you want to download, say Bump and Stacy Hour 3 with Trey Wingo.
I clicked the play arrow to bring up other icons. Top right of the playback window is an up arrow. Click on that.
Next window shows multiple icons, right-click on the download arrow, and save as...
I always do it the hard way, or wrong way first. ..
