As the Seahawks continue to get more popular and also coinciding with the move to Nike, there's been a large amount of Seahawks colorway shoes that have been released. I love sneakers (not a collector) and I love the Seahawks, so I'm loving all these new options.

Yep, first year was 20:02 for the 5k.
Then from then on did the 12k at 6:50 pace.

That helmet gets warm no matter the weather.
