The Seahawks early this week signed a free safety, Ryan Neal to the practice squad.
He was on Atlanta's PS and 53 during 2018.
He's 6' 3" 200lbs. Played safety at Southern Illinois and went undrafted but spent preseason 2018 with Philadelphia.
Watched him play boundary CB and slot during preseason with the Falcons. I'm surprised we got him over Atlanta. They obviously were converting him to CB.
Neal was a safety and Hawks announced him as FS when he signed but the current official roster has him as a CB.
Nice to have two boundary prospects on the PS.
