Yep. Tate clearly caught the ball with his left hand a split second before Jennings gets his hands on it, meaning Tate caught it first, so it wasn't simultaneous. And I don't know where people get the notion that having two feet down inbounds is irrelevant. Facts are facts. When they come out of the pile, the ball is still in Tate's left hand.
It was a catch, and called absolutely correctly.
