One thing I think PC has done better than most NFL coaches is get quick returns from young players.
We currently have 53 players (a full team) with a year or less of experience on our 90 man roster.
We have to cut 21 to get down to 69, 53 active and 16 practice squad.
14 of those 53 young players are on the current depth chart and 10 were taken in the draft.
Only 13 of the 36 players with more than a year of experience are on the depth chart.
The top 3 players with the most time (over 10 years) in the NFL are Geno, Wags and Bellore.
We could be looking at a team with only 13 players with over a year of NFL experience.
