Apparently I’m in the minority but most of the penalties we deserved. We were flat out undisciplined and have been all season and tonight it cost us. Brock says it’s something you just have to take with the good with a Pete Carroll team because his teams always have this issue. Sometimes playing on the edge helps but tonight it hurt. A bunch of them were presnap too

I didn't think it was PI on the Rams final drive. I don't think the Seahawks should have gotten what was essentially a free 4th time-out on a BS review of a 2 yard pass either.

Funny thing about that 2 yard pass, it was incomplete. One of the replays clearly shows the ball on the ground with no arm under it.

The penaltys got to stop and that zone defense where they
just stay in a spot and let a receiver sit down and catch a ball
in front of them and then go tackle them after a 10 yard gain
has to stop.

Both Rams TD drives extended by ticky tack calls on other side of field that had zilch to do with the play. Refs just know how to kill a team’s momentum

Self inflicted shit needs to stop. We lead the league in penalties like every year but this year by a large margin.
