...I think there is a very realistic chance of us going 13-3 maybe even 14-2 this year.

Tell me the 2 or 3 losses you have. As of now, after you see how they're never out of it....

I see maybe the saints game, the Atlanta game, or the SF game.

Yep, those are the 3 that worry me. I feel pretty good about the Saints because it's at our house, but I'm afraid with the other 2 we'll spot them 20 in the first half.

That and I don't think it's a lock against the Colts.

What the hell are you talking about man? Under what circumstances will the 49ers game on the road be an easy game? Thats a tossup game to me

C'mon guys, we've learnt to refer to it as 23-0 by now surely?

Looking ahead....

Not to be too premature, but I think it's a very good possibility we go 1-0 this coming week in Indy!

Ya baby!

I had them at 8-0 at home, so we needed 4-4 to get to 12.

So, they already have won two on the road, and I did not think they'd win either of these two on the road. I think 13-3 is definitely a realistic option and 14-2 is possible. The final road games are against:

STL, ARZ, ATL, SF, NYG, and IND.

If they went 4-2 in those games and won out at home, would that surprise anyone? It sure wouldn't surprise me.

These last two weeks neutralized an advantage the Niners had on the schedule on us with the AFC South teams. They got the two tough games (Colts and Texans) at home and we got them on the road....with the 11 am time slot. Well with our win over Houston and their loss last week, the best they will do is 1-1 against those two teams and the worst we will do is 1-1. That's huge for me.
5 road games in that dreaded early time lost and we've won 2 with three to go. So far the team is knocking down all the schedule challenges one by one.
