Did they register a 2.0 earthquake? No? Then they can STFU.
Back in the 1990's yes but even then ours was more well known. Kansas City is far more known for their tailgate scene.NorCalHawk12":1prqvuzy said:Well, congratulations to the Chefs fans. Well done, indeed.
Now the question is, do they make noise at the proper time(s) in games...such as during the huddle through the snap and the whistle?
Or do they holler when some jack-wagon from Guinness says "GO!"?
Our noise affects players, plays and games. [Hello, false-starts]...
Theirs, probably not so much. At least I've never heard of such a reputation. Has anyone here heard of the Chefs rep for affecting games? Mizzou?

"Let's see how loud we can be for a record breaking attempt!" I'm sure cowboys fans could blow everyone out of the water with their monstrosity of a stadium if they could get everyone behind it. All that really matters is the noise and passion that is brought consistently throughout a game.
Statistics are fun....Microfiber":gd0wswo9 said:MizzouHawkGal":gd0wswo9 said:Back in the 1990's yes but even then ours was more well known. Kansas City is far more known for their tailgate scene.NorCalHawk12":gd0wswo9 said:Well, congratulations to the Chefs fans. Well done, indeed.

Arrowhead has actually always been considered the loudest in the NFL, until the last few years when people finally recognized the CLink.
But espn boston posted false start / delay of game penalties yesterday. Since the start of the 2013 season, arrowhead is actually in 1st place so yes they are loud all the time, not just when guinness shows up...... Here is the link http://espn.go.com/blog/boston/new-engl ... #f5a39da1c
1st number is games played. 2nd number is number of penalties. 3rd number is average per game.Opponent False Start Penalties (Since 2005)
Games Penalties Average
1. CenturyLink Field 74 133 1.80
3. Ford Field (Lions) 74 120 1.62
4. University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinals) 66 116 1.76
5. NRG Stadium (Texans) 73 110 1.51

Since 2013? Seriously? That's called finding a stat that fits the agenda. Go back through the entire length of time Century Link has been open and compare and it's not even close.
I don't see any reference to Arrowhead in any of the longterm available statistics.Home field advantage[edit]
CenturyLink Field has earned a reputation as one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL. It is in the Guinness World Record books for being the loudest stadium in the world.[8][71][72] The seating decks and partial roof, both trap and amplify exceptional amounts of noise and reflect it back onto the field.[73] This noise contributes to increased false start penalties since opposing offenses can miss audibles and the snap count.[56][74] From 2002 through 2012, there have been 143 false-start penalties on visiting teams in Seattle, second only to the Minnesota Vikings.[75] During that same time period, the Seahawks have accumulated a home win record of 59-29, with a simultaneous road record of 33-55[76]

I think the only way we could match/beat it. Would be what we car audio enthusiasts call "burping". Which is a screen prompt and every person in the stand screams as loud as possible for like 2 seconds and then cut. But even then, if Arrowhead were to do the same thing, their record would get even more unattainable.
