Interested to see what you think the Seahawks will do to improve the return game. Walters was sure handed but was not a threat.
I'd love to see Jacoby Jones in a Seahawks uniform. He is a dangerous returning and would be a nice deep threat.
I think coming off so many injuries on the defensive side of the ball it is essential that Seattle has a good-great return team and a great offense.

I don't know how much Ginn jr. has left in the tank, but with his great return skills, I never could understand why he bounced from team to team. I used to get very nervous when he returned kicks for San Francisco.

Maybe he has diminished some, but he is still a considerable improvement on the current punt returner.

Jacoby Jones would be fun to watch celebrate and he has a little shake and bake to him as well.

He's lost a step as a returner since his SF days, and he doesn't offer much on Offense. Guys who only are good as returners are a luxury and a dying breed in the NFL. That's why he bounces around every year.

The return game will improve when Coleman's blocking is added back to the mix.
We can defintely do better for a return man, but blocking stunk last season.

My area of most concern is upgrading the punt return game. Kick offs are a slightly different thing.
Of the experienced punt returners in the upcoming draft, here are some #'s gathered from cfbstats.com
Any of the top 3 appeal to me as they are also upgrades (over Walters) at their primary position of WR.

WR-Ty Montgomery, 12/238, 19.83/avg, 2-TD's, rank: Rd-2/3, medical ?'s. 1-yr at Punt ret., 4 at KO ret.
WR-Tyler Lockett, 21/401, 19.14/avg, 2-TD's, rank: Rd-3/4, also prolific WR #'s, 4-yrs at punt/KO ret.
WR-Nelson Agholor, 19/197, 10.37/avg, 0-TD, Rank: Rd-2/3 prolific WR #'s 2-yrs Punt ret, 3-yrs KO ret.
WR-Jameson Crowder, 22/280, 12.73/avg, 2-TD's, rank: Rd-5-ish, 4-yrs at punt/KO ret
WR-Andre Debose, 23/323, 14.04/avg, 1-TD, rank: Rd7/UDFA, 4-yrs at punt/KO ret
WR-Jamarcus Nelson, 26/277, 10.65/avg, 0-TD's, rank: Rd-7/UDFA, 4-yrs at punt/KO ret., 156-lbs?
RB-Marcus Murphy, 27/281, 10.41/avg, 1-TD, Rank: Rd-7/UDFA, 4-yrs as a punt/KO specialist

I always wondered why Christine Michael did not get a try? Seems like a good job for a fast, elusive, but third string running back (brings back memories of Zachary Dixon).

A lot of us have wondered that. He did it in college too.

Agholor had 2 TDs this year.

I hope the goal is to have our 5-6 wr be our returner but to get him from the draft.

TRE MCBRIDE!!!!!!!!!

or lockett
I like McBride. I also like the USC receiver for this but he would come at a higher cost.
