Good point Volsung. Their formula quite doesn't fit the Seahawk formula. Take Ladarius Gunter for example. He's the type of DB that the Seahawks favor yet he's graded low even in the later rounds. However if you choose Doss as CB, he gets a higher grade but Lorenzo Doss doesn't have the length Gunter does.

I did a draft where I drafted a punter in rd 1 to get rid of the pick we traded.

Round 2 Pick 31: Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB/DE, Louisville (A)
Round 3 Pick 31: Tre McBride, WR, William & Mary (A)
Round 4 Pick 13 (N.O.): Marcus Hardison, DT, Arizona State (A)

This was the best haul I could get for the high picks.

Well, they've updated First-Pick.com in light of the Jimmy Graham trade and taken away the #31 Pick. Despite the limited arsenal to start with, here is what I still managed to net via the trade down route ...

I like that a lot, especially the back to back picks of Hardison and Anderson . . . Here is my latest

Round 3 Pick 7 (CHI): Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn (A)
Round 4 Pick 3 (OAK): Marcus Hardison, DT, Arizona State (A-)
Round 4 Pick 13: Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami (Fla.) (A)
Round 5 Pick 2 (TENN): Tyrus Thompson, OT, Oklahoma (A)
Round 5 Pick 27 (DAL): Shaquille Mason, OG/C, Georgia Tech (A-)
Round 5 Pick 31: Zack Hodges, OLB, Harvard (A-)
Round 6 Pick 5: Adrian Amos, FS, Penn State (B-)
Round 6 Pick 7 (CHI): Kenny Bell, WR, Nebraska (A)
Round 6 Pick 32 (TENN): Alani Fua, OLB, Brigham Young (D+)
Round 7 Pick 1 (T.B.): Deshazor Everett, CB, Texas A&M (C+)
Round 7 Pick 31: Jarvis Harrison, OG, Texas A&M (F)

It got downgraded a lot at the back end, but I'd be happy with that. Hodges is a LEO prospect for us, and Amos wopuld get his first work at CB, not safety.

I let things get as ridiculous as possible, accepting a trade every time it was offered, and I ended up with 54 picks in total:

Chris Conley at 5:20, Ty Montgomery at 5:31, Stefon Diggs at 6:21 were all steals in my opinion.

Your score is: 6800 (GRADE: A-)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 21 (CINN): DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville (A)
Round 3 Pick 6 (NYJ): Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado State (A-)
Round 3 Pick 31: Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn (A)
Round 4 Pick 5 (NYJ): Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State (A)
Round 4 Pick 13: Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB/DE, Louisville (A-)
Round 4 Pick 31: Eric Rowe, CB/FS, Utah (A)
Round 5 Pick 31: Henry Anderson, DE, Stanford (A)
Round 6 Pick 5: Jeremiah Poutasi, OT/OG, Utah (C+)
Round 7 Pick 31: Terry Poole, OT, San Diego State (A-)

I traded next year's 1st when Parker fell out of the top 20. I think he's one of those 16 first round picks Schneider was talking about. Besides, I just wanted to try it . . .

Sambrailo is a day one starter at LG with the potential to develop into a true LT. Devin Smith was a pure value pick in the 4th, but getting Parker and Smith to pair with Graham and Baldwin? Shoot, that would be lethal.

Mauldin is a LEO for us, Rowe a CB to develop behind Williams, and Anderson would play 3 tech inside. All could contribute immediately on both defense and ST's.

Ended up with 4 OL . . . might be overkill, but I'd take it.

I like everything except the lack of Dline!!

Impressed mauldin fell to 4.13 great value there as well as Rowe @ 4.31.

it would have been perfect if you had subbed henry anderson for letterius walton, and then we could get obum G with a late comp pick to groom for depth / leo competition.
