The Eagles are above .500. Below .500 teams struggle to convert 3rd downs. But anyone else can have the conversion if they bother to execute.
The Seahawks don't tackle well. And don't cover the middle of the field well.

The bad teams make enough mistakes not to be able to take advantage of it. But it's easy money for the above average teams.
