Seattle's 2 minute drills seem to always feature 10 or less yard passes to the middle and runs between the tackles.

The only reason other NFL teams dont do this is they don't understand the genius of tricking your opponent by calling plays no sane coach would ever consider.

This. The Eagles were out of timeouts. Rather than get another incomplete pass, run the ball and then run off the clock before the punt.

But you have to avoid doing something stupid to stop the clock.
