While this doesn't really change Michael's position as the #3 RB on the depth chart, it does cause some concern over his ability to stay healthy enough to be dependable to take over for Lynch next year.

First big preseason workload and he's hurt by preseason game #4?

C-mike on the sideline. I can't C-Mike doing much with this injury.

Ok he's hurt must be a bust, will never play, sat out most of last season, why are we even paying him :).

Agreed. "a bit of a hammy" could very well be Pete- speak for we are sitting your fumble prone ass until you learn to better secure the football..

Wondering if Michael will be in store for several more gameday inactives to start this season. It doesn't seem like he's overtaken Turbin for RB2 and he still has no ST value, so it may be tough to activate him. I can smell the "Unleash C-Mike" threads now...
