Al Michaels is a classic east coast elitisst stool pigeon, classic. Should have retired awhile ago, pretty much everything including the league passed his narrow noodle by long ago.

He said that earlier in the game too. I was at a friends place and heard it.

I think the rams just knocked us out of the wildcard position
by beating the Browns. Now we’re in the hunt.

Wait are we talking about the SF PHI game? That wasn't Al Michaels.

Did i just hear him call us the "Seahacks"?
I didn’t hear it but it is possible that he was trying to say Seahawks but his New York accent got in the way. My deceased mother is from Brooklyn and she had a strong accent that sometimes you had problems figuring out what she was saying

There was a recent Thursday game where some cooks made him a sandwich and it had some lettuce in it and he refused to eat it and asked for a steak instead. In a recent interview Al Michaels has said he has never knowingly eaten a vegetable

In the hunt for what??

You all can't believe the seahawks are in the hunt for a playoff spot, right?

It wasn't Michaels who said it. I heard it too, and right after the announcer said it, he kind of laughed, knowing it was a little whoops moment, not intentional, but definitely a Freudian slip on some level. Meh, didn't bother me at all.

We are kinda Seahacks this year, LOL!

Like WHBonney, I enjoy Al Michael’s IDGAF attitude in the booth. Sure he may have some biases, but don’t we all? He’s not afraid to call out the league and it’s terrible officiating, in very poignant and effective ways. Sometimes by just being silent, and letting the officiating speak for itself.

I will never forget Burchhardt’s famous “do you believe in miracles” quote when we beat the commies in the long jump at the X games.
