he's been popped before, he said this last year and he was already in the drug screening program for the NFL, so it could still be for 8 weeks if he was sparking it with Thurmond.

Now, Rappaport says there is "nothing definitive" about Windfield's return to the Seahawks, which also contradicts Silver.

But he's never been suspended for non-PED's substance abuse. Aren't they penalized separately?
