Best defensive game of the Pete Carroll Era?

Obviously if you go back in time far enough, you get games like 1984 vs the Chefs with four defensive TDs. And we flat out shut down Plunkett and the Raiders back then too.

But wow...that's at least the best defensive game since the Jadaveon Clowney game in Santa Clara.

And I totally understand ranking the NFC Championships or SBXL as the top. But those games had legendary players doing their thing.

This felt like a bunch of unheralded guys playing the best they ever have, with the most heart in years.

I wish so many of us didn't sell our tickets to Orange people...that's the only thing that kept that stadium from being 130 decibels tonight. Every 12 that was there, gave it their all.

The Chicago game, where the Da Bears punted on every possession was probably his best. See also the playoff game against Arizona's third string QB (okay, that one's unfair), the game in STL that ended on a defensive stop in the Endzorn, SB 48...

There's tons of Pete Carroll games that were better defensively than this one. But, it was pretty good, and executed with far less talented players.
