1. OC - Going away from your strength on a regular basis. Eight carries by Lynch, two by Rawls in a primetime Sunday night home game is not Seahawks football.

2. O line

3. Lack of depth in the secondary.
This, in that order.

1) Hurt feelings.

The players are held accountable by an OC that has yet to admit a mistake that cost the entire team the opportunity to be remembered as a great dynasty. That OC has thrown others under the bus and watched others take the full blame for his gaff. Everyone knows who is to blame and the players are hurt by the fact that that person hasn't been held to the same standards as the rest of the team would have been if they had made such a HUGE mistake.

2) Cary Williams.

This guy is NEVER in good position and doesn't seem capable of covering anyone well enough to get his head around to actually see a ball coming or be able to defend a pass. He is tentative in run support and has taken both the "Legion" and the "Boom" away from one of the best units in the NFL. His play is so bad that everyone knows where the opponent is going to go and even knowing ahead of time, Cary can do nothing. Cary's signing is having the same affect on the secondary that the Percy signing had on the other wide receivers. I expect this to be dealt with during the off season.

3) Russell Wilson.

He is holding the ball too long. Every QB in the league has guys in his face when they hold the ball more than three seconds. Russell is holding the ball longer than three seconds a lot. Russell is bailing (or trying to) out of perfectly good pockets. Teams are rushing to contain and trying to escape is not going to work very often. Russell needs to anticipate better and he needs to learn how to throw to guys that are not going to be WIDE OPEN. Russell needs to throw the ball on time from the pocket. When he does this, good things happen. He now has the weapons, now we need to see progress.

We lost 3/5 of last years starting oline and did nothing to address it.

All of our defensive coaches left except our new DC KR. I can't stand his schemes.

This is Marshawns' team. We live and die with the beast.

1. Coaching. The mantra of "you don't win in the first quarter, second quarter, third quarter you win in the 4th" as a excuse for our slow starts over the years drives me nutts. We are NOT winning the 4th quarter in all 5 losses. The lack of discipline for the last 3 years in leading the league in penalties we have gotten away with until now. The penalties killed 5 consecutive offensive drives of 1 and 20 or 25. This offense with this OLine cannot put together enough consistent positive plays to make up that ground.

2. John Snyder deserves some critique for his decisions to draft early round WR the last two years, sacrificing multiple picks, trading for big names that don't pan out and failing to put together a competent offensive line.

3A. Kris Richard has been a huge let down from what the Defense was the previous 4 years under the two previous Defensive coaches. The legion of Boom is no more as they are not playing complimentary football anymore.

3B. Russell Wilson, damn it I hate to say it but he has been disappointing in his play and decision making this year. Its not helped by the poor Offensive line that is for sure. But still we expect more from the guy that demanded TOP DOLLAR.
