I hope that means Tyler Mabry has carved out a role on the regular roster. I'd like to see more of his blocking on game day. Looks like he can move around be productive including a H-back role. Versatile.

There are few surprises and the cut to 52 indicates they will be adding at least one player, who may actually be accounted for in Sidney Jones as above. JS usually has more than one post initial cuts change and we could see some roster churn right up until the season officially begins.

The roster looks to still be in flux with 11 OLinemen, 5 RBs, 4 WRs, 3 DTs, 6 DEs, 6 CBs. There will be further changes coming.

According to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero, the Seahawks have released veteran backup Sean Mannion to make way for second-year quarterback Jake Luton.

So far it’s Witherspoon and Reed as per the team DC. That said, Pete yesterday said it was Reed and Flowers. So you just don’t know.

Now the reason for the OLine machinations is clearer. Cedric Ogbuehi is placed on IR. Think this situation saved the roster spot for Jamarco Jones or allowed Jake Curhan to make the team.

Bob Condotta reports by Twitter the team has signed CB- Michael Jackson last of the Patriots to the PS. Jackson was recent cut of the Pats when they cut to 53.

We signed a TE prospect that was a BB player last year I thought as well and he was let go after a few weeks, big difference between High School workouts in football and Pro.

I have noticed this as well but there have been numerous mistakes or omissions made on the team site. As you observe though there has been no announcement from the team. Wonder if he has really been signed though?

Am also wondering as well about Phil Haynes who has apparently cleared waivers.

The team roster shows 15 on the PS but not Donkor or Vital so it appears to be out of date. Curious they have Simmons listed but there has been no announcement of his re-signing to the PS, but neither of the other two who have been announced. If Simmons is signed the PS is full.
