    Curious to know if people like these guys. they are from TSN up here in Canada...personally I can't stand them, but maybe its because I can't stand canadian sports content...hockey, cfl, garbage, hockey, more hockey, etc. Thoughts?

    Irvin's new weight?

    Curious to know what Irvin's new weight is? i recall him being shifted to OLB because he wasn't "big enough". He came in the league at 248 and its not that hard to put on another 20lbs to be DE size....260-280....maybe thats more a 4-3 tho? Seahawks doing 3-4 right? Hence need for bigger DEs...

    Ran into GTate in Whistler here

    hella cool guy....ran into him at a night club up here. Couldnt be happier to have guys like him on the hawks....really get the impression these guys love playin in seattle. He was hyped on Carroll, Wilson, 12th man, and everything else....and that wasnt the booze talking!
