    NFL Network and ESPN ran simultaneous live coverage of Manziel's pro day, with lots of breathless commentary. I think the hype-machine is really getting into gear and will be fun to watch.

    I think Marshawn Lynch is very much in the mould of a Jim Brown....Crash into the endzone for a touchdown, hand the ball to the ref and get to the sideline, the celebration is on the score-board.

    Hilarious Manziel/RW comparison from a scout:

    Manziel has no pocket discipline. One read and off he goes. A good NFL defense will tear him to pieces. However, I think that he is a smart guy and will benefit enormously from some coaching up. He's no Russell Wilson though, not even close.

    the halftime show

    Bruno Mars is a far cry from the stuff I listen too, but it was a fun show and frankly, I dug it. It went well with the mood I was in given the score at halftime. I'm pretty sure Bronco fans weren't feeling it.
