Since accountability apparently does not exist in league officiating, Seahawks will need to play smart with a forceful and convincing assertiveness that leaves scarcely any room for the refs to try to XL them on certain plays.
Given our expectations, I am super excited. We have a respectable offense and some studs on defense and we are 3 - 3. Not only that, but we won the most important game along with a divisional game. I just wish we had that 49ers game back.
I don't think the officiating mattered too much. I do think there was some BS holding calls, but it looked like Arizona's defensive holding call might have been BS as well (they didn't follow the play through to the end in replay, so I'm not sure).
Overall, I was happy to see us win. It felt like a game we should have been winning by much more and I was unhappy with the play calling on the offensive side but to see our defense actually get stops? Very nice.
