I'm not surprised given that the Hawks - despite all their so-called 'pass rushers' - still can't get to the QB consistently unless they bring 5+. I'm just curious if we have the $8M in cap space right now to take on his contract?

Just heard John Clayton report it on SC. Do our coaches realize we need help on the offensive line not the defensive line...?

He's old-ish (31) and probably wouldn't be a long-term answer while taking up big bucks on a short-term deal at a position we already invested in adequately during the offseason.

I'm guessing someone inside the Vikings is playing Schefter to get higher comp from the 49ers. Just my opinion.
