Dart would be a massive reach in the 2nd round. The earliest he goes is round 4 unless his draft stock magically climbs. I bet he's available in the 5th. Yes to Booker

I actually like Howard more. The issue with waiting is There's only 2 top QB's and they will likely go 1 and 2 then you have teams needing QB like the Giants and Raiders for example who will start a run on Qb's before they are projected. Now, things will change between now and April but I bet we see QB's go early maybe even some late 1st like a Dart
