That fake Castillo has no business pitching at MLB level.

Negron sucks get rid of this guy. He's not a major league 3rd base coach. GTFO.

He's the absolute WORST. The Mariners are so bad going to third/home. Tellez had ZERO reason to be tagging from second. They've run themselves out of so many innings the last 5 years.

that's the 3rd time so far this season he's made an absolute bone head move. I'd make a change at 3B coach before any of the players right now that's how bad it's been.

I am pretty sure the lead off man should have a high on base average. Julio is killing me.

For a team like the M's with no margin for error due to their lack of talent because management & ownership are in love with platoons everywhere, giving away outs, especially at third/home are absolute season killers. This roughly is an 83 win team. Another game where our "SUPERIOR STARTER" gets out-pitched by someone average/mediocre.

Another start by Logan where he most likely is done in or after 5. Throwing a ton of pitches again & Toronto filling the bases again vs one of our "aces".....

This lineup just plain sucks. If only they had 2009 Russell Branyan with his 30 bombs & nearly .900 OPS instead of this Rowdy Tellez fat slob.

That bugs me, you see Woo go 7 @87 pitches, was it?
That's what a top 2 starter does.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Dylan Moore batting lead off with Polanco staying in the 2 hole.

Honestly, at this point I think they should put JP in the lead off spot, for a couple of reasons. One, OBP is more important than BA for a lead off hitter in my opinion, and JP has a very good OBP of .375 so far. Two, in his best season by far (2023), he hit in the lead off spot the vast majority of that season. Maybe being back in that spot will help him regain some of his form from that season.

For me, this is how I'd set the lineup for now.

1. JP
2. Moore
3. Polanco
4. Cal
5. Randy
6. Julio
7. Williamson
8. Raley/Tellez/Solano/whatever
9. Mastrobuoni

And Woo has had a couple where his pitch count was high early & he settled down. Early yesterday it looked as though he would get ran off, but he settled & fought it out for 7. Got out-pitched in the end as usual because the M's refuse to field a major league offense.

Mariners "hitters" just made Berrios work hard for those 3 outs in the 6th on SIX damn pitches. This roster is a joke.
