If true then he must have flashed (at last weekend's camp) some of what's left of the talent that made him a high-4 star recruit coming out of HS when he signed with Georgia. Harmon worked out at the U. of Tennessee pro day last month, which Tom Cable attended. Harmon is also already 25 years old.

I wonder who they will release/waive to allow Harmon a spot?

Seems to me this guy is a talented player who got off the tracks for life reasons rather than for anything negative.

I'm finding it more difficult to get accurate signing information about the Seahawks recently. This is the time of the year that JS is quite active in terms of assessing UDFA type players as they are frequently turned over signed and often re-signed.

So far there is no official news on harmon or any player to be released to allow harmon to be on the official roster.

This has all the markings of a classic underdog story. For some reason I read that interview linked by the OP and now I'm hoping Harmon makes the team.

Cable made a relative success story out of Sweezy, perhaps he sees the same qualities in Harmon?

This guy is oddly introspective. You don't usually see the kind of depth he shows from these kind of interviews.

Can you post the SPARQ #s to be more readable with the criteria of what is being measured?

Also, if this signing is official and the Seahawks don't release another lineman that is going to put them at 17 Linemen. 9 hold-overs and 8 new prospects.

Yet, some like to believe the Seahawks haven't done enough?

Those are people that only look for the BIG name players. IMHO Seattle has done plenty so long as at least two or three of these guys pan out.

sparq #'s were copied and pasted from an excel spreadsheet zach whitman of fieldgulls did. not sure how to reconfigure, but below is the headings for each of the items, also a link to a sparq article on FG's
