Yeah, the script threw that ball
Opening drives typically remove the element of improvisation and make execution easier.

Geno isn't the future. But only if Lock keeps this up for a whole game am I gonna start getting excited.

He may have. Drew looked really good under pressure and accurate to boot.

he seems to be a lot quicker in getting rid of the ball in the face of a full rush.. which is lacking with Geno.

On this team, at this time, with the future looking bleak honestly. Why not "plug in a new "BULB" and see if it looks a little brighter? I see Geno is hurt, or sick, but look at what Jake Browning is doing in Cincinnati. Even when RW was King in Seattle, Pete gave him no backup to push him. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? The Coach who coined "ALWAYS COMPETE" allows none it seems at certain positions.

Yeah I'm not naming Lock the messiah either. Just saying that was a nicely placed ball in whatever part of the game. And if the scripted opening drive is easier, then our opening drives shouldn't typically look like turd festivals. From a prep viewpoint, yeah, it should help.

Good play calling carrying over from Dallas on the offensive side. I'll take all the "Lock" we can get on that ball dropping into DKs hands.

Dude, if some kinda miracle happens and Lock becomes a decent starter for us, that as a nickname would be funny as hell. The Bulb

They don't typically look like turd festivals, that's just the sour taste from the overall season coloring perspective. It's pretty well established that they've generally looked far more balanced, creative, and effective to begin games this year.

Geno was one of the top rated QBs in the league last week. Lock has one TD drive and all of a sudden the whole fan base says Geno is done haha.

Let's be realistic. I hope Lock shows up and creates a QB contoversey. But one annointing him after one drive is insanity.

Yeah, this is the part for me. He had the best QBR in the league last week with 4 total TD's, under the most pressure of any QB.

They're finding something as a whole, and it's because they can run the ball.

Lock doing good is very good for us all, but I hate when we have to lie about shit instead of just enjoying the good
