Stubhub worked for me when I needed it, don't know if it's the best or not. There's also ticket exchange on the .com site.

This site is a lot like Priceline for tickets... check it out: http://goo.gl/G1DZb - It's called ScoreBig - heard an ad on the radio for it... seems pretty cool.

I've had great experiences with stubhub, razorgator and ebay

There's also the fan ticket exchange on .com that is run by TicketMaster
