Don't coaches have the ability to throw the challenge flag for egregious calls now? Why don't more coaches do this when it's obvious that the refs are making horrible calls?

I’m not sure what the new rule is or how it works. No idea what’s reviewable or not.

I could've sworn I saw MM bring out the red flag (he didn't throw it though) during an egregious call last week against the Hawks, even the announcers made it known that he was considering throwing it.
