He overruled Reich and staff, who wanted Stroud over Young. May have absolutely doomed the franchise. Now, they've given up the probable number 1 overall pick to Chicago as part of their trade up last year.

Tepper is a terrible owner, and may be on his way to becoming the next Jerry Jones. Although compared to Tepper, at least Jones knows something about football.

Tepper insists on talking to his coaches multiple times during the week. I don't know if the reporting that Tepper over-ruled Reich and insisted on picking Bryce Young is accurate because it was first reported by Mike Florio, who isn't that reliable. But other sources have reported that Tepper and his wife went to visit each of the quarterbacks along with Reich on their pro days:
