It's shocking to me that Mike Carey has the second lowest number of flags thrown. Seems like a good percentage of the ones he does throw are during Seahawks games.

Well, your numbers of penalties is bound to be low if you are only calling penalties against 1 team or not calling penalties when they should be called. :stirthepot:

Seriously though, penalty stats are like most other stats and only help to tell the story if you observe the games to give them perspective.
