Regardless of whether or not the Colts tanked the 2011 season to get Luck, their new GM Grigson won Exec of the Year for essentially drafting Andrew Luck #1 overall. Probably the easiest #1 overall pick in a decade.

Never was a huge fan of Pereira, but he was way, way better than Blandino.
I get that he's still a rookie and learning, but I'm worried that he might become Deon Butler 2.0. Butler had the speed, but it never seemed to show up in a game. You could say the same about Richardson right now.
