Pete Carroll on Brock and Danny (9:45 AM)

Holy cow. First time listening to Pete Carroll on one of these things. He is a complete 180 from what a coach typically is. Informative, really relishes the emotion and victory, talks about the intricate details. I love it.

Ken Norton Sr. the Seahawk's guardian angel this season?

For me, as a fan of both the Hawks and Norton, this is such a treat. Norton Sr. was much more of an intellectual first, and a boxer second. In many ways, I'm sure his ideas and philosophies have influenced the Hawks

How cool is this to see? (stats)

I would be hard pressed to say there is such a thing as 'clutch', just as there is such a thing as 'choking'. BUT! I agree, you can't put numerical values on that shit. Never could, never will. Nice that TJack gets some success and mention on these things.

    Smith v Kaep

My other favorite player, aside from Marshawn Lynch. I'm happy for Alex, he looks like he's playing boring as hell... but wait until his team is behind. They're a hungry team, with a hungry coach and QB to boot. This season is great :0190l:

    DVR study: 1st quarter

IMO, I'd prefer to keep the Fullback position around for as long as we depend on Beast Mode to get production, and we definitely still do. Look at Frank Gore last game, IIRC they didn't run the jumbo package or I formation hardly at all. They stun with the Gun or Read option or blah blah. Gore's...

You people are nuts. (A Brit's first game at the CLink)

I'm continuously glad to see on these boards that I am not the only Sacramentan suffering through a long distance relationship with the Hawks. ONE DAY, 12TH MAN

    Marshawn's stiffarm of Willis.

Beast is my favorite player. Keep track of all these... it'd make for a killer tribute video one day when he's retired

Russell Wilson says a bad word :\

On that play, you could hear Russell shout something like "oh shit, f***" as he dived over it and missed it. I laughed lightly to myself. (They recovered, it was all good)

    How satisfied are you??

I'm satisfied. Not only to what this means to Niner fans, but what it means to other teams' fans too. I'm very, very satisfied.

CONFIRMED: The 12th man broke the record tonight!

I saw the play. All I can ask for without being there myself on a legendary night. Gratz hawks!

    Let's Prove Him Wrong.

He at least notes that the current Guinness world record is impossible, as well. So....Guinness or something? Whatever. The record is still in sight.

Why 49er fans hate Pete Carroll

Funny thing. You don't really have too much control over what your face looks like. I mean, you do with plastic surgery... but... You DO have control over your personality, your character. I don't know about anybody else, but I'm tired of turning on the TV and seeing assholes and rooting for...

Why 49er fans hate Pete Carroll

I became seriously interested in football in the recent years, and have been introduced to both Pete Carroll and Jim Harbaugh, the Niners being the first team I followed. After seeing both coaches, and being fans of both teams, I would rather have Pete Carroll as my coach. I didn't know the...

    10 reasons to hate: Seahawks/49ers

Wow... The reasons the 49ers have to hate the Seahawks are plain silly. Can't say that about the vice versa. There's some pretty legitimate reasons to hate the 49ers.

    Back-up scrub 49ers RB goes "She-Hawks"...

What, did we think the rivalry was going to consist of sportsmanship and kindness? Let him smack talk, it makes it more fun. Clearly KJ thinks so too. For those who don't know, Anthony Dixon is probably the most important Niner that you've never heard of. He's been there for a long, long time...

Discussion: Fixed NFL, possibly in favor of the Hawks?

Sorry to have missed this amongst the trash. Yeah, this is kind of a hard idea to pitch to people if they've never taken a moment to think about the possibility of it themselves. I tried to stage the question in a way that briefly suggests people look into themselves, and then come and discuss...

Discussion: Fixed NFL, possibly in favor of the Hawks?

Except that he just gave me his opinion about an opinion. This is getting redundant.

Discussion: Fixed NFL, possibly in favor of the Hawks?

We could nitpick at that video all day. I've already stated that I'm trusting the .Net poster to sift through bullshit and look at facts. I'm more interested in nit picking at what little intelligence there's left in your head.

Discussion: Fixed NFL, possibly in favor of the Hawks?

No, its not. It's tied to the number of uninformed assholes they have sitting on the couch, watching the game and making them rich. Do you think Roger Goodell gives a &$)/ the way the players tackle or dive into each other? He cares about how many lawsuits leech from his profits. Please, I beg...
