    How fast will Zabel adapt?

OP is talking growing pains, which Allen had many of navigating the transition from college to the pros. Not whether or not Zabel will make it as a pro. Allen's progression from Wyoming to elite level NFL QB was far from linear. The more relevant and useful comparisons than Allen to Zabel...

Why Milroe was a GREAT pick!!

Probably not the exact play, as he likely doesn't squat as much as Hurts, and the Seahawks Oline is a far cry from the Eagles oline; but, there are other ways to get him involved in short yardage and redzone.

Seattle to Debut new “Rivalries” Uniform for 1 Game

Any thoughts, rumours, wishes or speculation of what the Hawks may be wearing for their 2025 alternate Rivalry edition uniform this season?

    How fast will Zabel adapt?

He seems like a pretty humble guy already. But NFL power is pretty special. I think he's pretty well prepared for defensive tackles who win with quickness and a lot of crafty moves; but the brute strength bull rusher DTs will be a real eye opener for him, I would imagine. Vita Vea is on the...

Why Milroe was a GREAT pick!!

I love the pick. Especially at 92. Even if he never becomes a fully formed starting QB in the NFL, he offers a pretty compelling floor as a sub package weapon that teams have to account for. If that is his floor as a contributor, it is better than what many 3rd round picks end up becoming...

With their first round pick the Seahawks select….

I think it'll be Revel. Absolutely love the player, and I think he is the type of player at a high value position that they wouldn't normally be in range to draft if not for his injury last season. I think my board in that range would go: 1. Starks (gone) 2. Jihaad (gone) 3. Loveland (gone) 4...

    Daniel Jeremiah's Mock Draft

I'd lean Loveland, Banks, or Mykel here.

    Colston Loveland....

https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/article/2025-nfl-draft-is-tyler-warren-or-colston-loveland-te1-breaking-down-2-fun-prospects-at-a-challenging-position-191024073.html ^^ It was Nate Tice (former Wisconsin QB) who did a pretty detailed breakdown arguing that Loveland is the better blocker right now...

    Colston Loveland....

Are you able to expand upon your concerns with Loveland's blocking? I'm curious what you are seeing in that regard.

    Colston Loveland....

That's a very key point with Loveland.

    Colston Loveland....

I really like Loveland as a fit in Kubiak's 12 personnel, and what his pass catching talent would offer to Darnold in the seam, and how his presence would help JSN and Kupp depending upon if he's lining up on the boundary side or field side. Loveland is a rare mover for someone his size...

The first CB drafted in Riq's class:

Stingley is an awesome player - that's a good deal. Riq's coverage metrics have remained very strong throughout the duration of his career. Objectively one of the better CBs in football in terms of covering opponents and not giving up much. The physical element and consistent effort of his game...

The WAY Too Early Favorite Player for Pick 18

I like Burden or Ebuka there. Like em both more than Golden and McMillan actually. I think the gulf between the WRs available there and 50/52 is larger than the gulf in interior oline (unless someone like Banks, Campbell or Membou falls to you at 18). A guy like James Pearce lasting to 18...

Ownership not approving deals over 3 years?

The lady was gifted a billion dollar money printing machine through sheer luck of who her brother was. Her, and many legacy owners, don't actually have their owned earned records of successful business stewardship.

Ownership not approving deals over 3 years?

The less big cash commitments the more attractive a team is to potential buyers. Season to season W-L has negligible impact on a teams valuation.

    Your Mood Meter....

Feeling pretty bored and unexcited about the Seahawks. Maybe some things can occur between now and September to get me excited for Seahawks football, but right now I am largely apathetic. Not down, just not particularly interested. But this also happens to be the time of year where my mind is...

Seahawks should trade for Michael Mayer

Slow, not particularly productive; never mind whatever the personal issues might be. Maybe for something late on day 3.

    DK Has Requested a Trade!

Shifting resource and money allocation from the targets to the trenches. I don't mind it if that is what it symbolizes. Philly ensured that the trenches were in order prior to adding weapons, and I think that is a good philosophy to have.

PFF top 101 players from 2024

Good to see Love and Cross get better every season that they have been here; and Leo Williams has always been a good player, but Seattle has unlocked the upside that he has always had, and that is good to see, as DTs tend to age fairly well.
