    Geno Trade Value?

    I recall differently.

    Geno Trade Value?

He's not the arrogant kid he once was. He seems way more mature now. Was impressed with the way he threw when under pressure, which was there often. He's not Caleb Williams but I think his chances of being a franchise guy are as high as any other than Daniels, Maye and Williams.

    Geno Trade Value?

He seems to have matured this past season and I wouldn't say he underperformed this year. His team didn't win but that wasn't because of him.

Is it possible OC runs with Lock?

To me, that's the wrong analysis. Doesn't matter if he would be a good value to another team. The question is whether he's a good value for us. It's hard for me to see why any team should want to pay an average salary to an average QB. It's alright to pay a load to a guy who's world class like...

    Geno Trade Value?

The biggest red flag pertains to all QBs. They're really hard to project into the NFL. That's true even of the top three.

    Geno Trade Value?

His skills are degrading too fast to add years. It's not like he's gonna play for nothing in those years. I think it's time to find a trade partner, though maybe during the season, when some team has a strong need. Honestly, we had too many WR options last year. DK, JSN and Bobo make a nice...

My sources confirm Grubb will be hired as OC(RUMOR)

That's how I feel too. Except for bounty gate. That's really messed up. Hard to believe he didn't know about it.

My sources confirm Grubb will be hired as OC(RUMOR)

I'm not a Harbaugh guy. I wouldn't say I'd have been upset but I would have been surprised. Hard to imagine Schneider wanting him after playing second fiddle to Carroll for 14 years. But if they could make it work, I'd sit back and watch. That said, I'm much more content to have Macdonald. In...

    Geno Trade Value?

No thanks on McCarthy. There's no way of knowing if Maye or Daniels fall and, if they do, it may not be all the way to 8. But there should be some real potential game changers at 8 so if we could trade up and get good value, I'd not be opposed. I doubt Geno would bring much trade value so I'd be...

    Geno Trade Value?

I'd not want to extend Lockett. He's on the downhill slope and it would be too expensive. I'm thinking what probably makes sense is to keep him for now and then see how the season unfolds. If we have no realistic change of making the playoffs, we can trade him for a draft pick before the...

My sources confirm Grubb will be hired as OC(RUMOR)

If Reed wants to leave Kansas City and take over the Seahawks, he has my blessing. Trouble is, among the available folks (i.e. Bieniemy, Quinn before he was hired by Washington, Belichick, Vrabel, Rivera, Staley), there are none I'd want to take a chance on. They are the very definition of retread.

He'll be right behind the "beer and chips" coach.

I have a two name response: Shanahan, McVey

    Seahawks Officially Announce Coaching Hires

Grubb was OC and QB coach at Washington. Maybe he takes on both roles here.

Is it possible OC runs with Lock?

Some keep 3 on the 53 man roster. Seattle hasn't done so in years but it's not uncommon.

Thanks. Had to click the link to see that Huff's there too. Awesome news!

    Geno Trade Value?

I don't think it matters. The decision isn't the OC's. It's Schneider's to make, though I'm sure he'll want Macdonald's and Grubb's input. They probably already know what they plan to do.

I'd much rather have an innovative young coach than a retread. It's one or the other. No one is voluntarily letting go of a dynamic, innovative coach who's already proven himself in the NFL. San Francisco isn't moving on from Shanahan (no matter what some idiot 49ers fans may say).

    OL Coach Scott Huff (UW)

Yes. To unimportant causes like ending world hunger. (And flying on Jeffrey Epstein's little princess flights.)

If not the Hawks , than GO SF !

True. It was always a challenge but it's harder now. But also potentially faster to rebuild because no one can hold a team together long. The only way to create a dynasty anymore is to have a phenomenal QB around whom you can maybe keep a couple of other stars in place and back fill with guys...
