    Beast Back !!!

This is good news. If Rawls gets hurt or starts to hit a wall over the next four weeks then you have Lynch working his way back and possibly being ready for the playoffs (or the Cardnial game). If Rawls stays healthy and doesn't hit any wall then you have a nice 1-2-3 punch with Lynch, Rawls and...

What the heck is up with Kam?

I think Kam is doing ok, but he seems to be a step slow this year. Maybe it's the past (and current) injuries catching up, maybe it's having to overcompensate for some of the other DB's that are lacking (Williams, Shead, and all the other backup type of DB's), maybe it's a bit of a scheme issue...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (Cardinals @ Seahawks)

Well, lets try this again. I would like to think the Hawks offense will finally get on track against a weak pass rush, but I'm still not 100% sold on them getting into the 20-30 point mark. The Cards have a solid offense and one of the better secondaries in the NFL which will lead to a close...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (Seahawks @ Cowboys)

It was nice beating down the Niners last week, but I don't think it will be that easy this week, even though Dallas is without Romo. It will be interesting to see if the defense can close out on back to back weeks if they get a 10+ point lead again. I also look foward to seeing if the offense...

    Wilson losing his luster.

The offense has many (many, many, many) issues, Wilson is not one of them. He is doing well for a guy that has to run for his life on 80-90% of his drop backs. I could only imagine how good he would be if he just had an O-line that could hold up for 2-4 seconds on passing plays, oh to dream...

    Cary Williams

Not sure he was worth the exact money he got, but he has played well seeing the teams better WR's the majority of the game. Add in the fact that Simon can't stay healthy and Lane is out and he was worth gambling on in free agency. He's solid, but not spectacular and that's fine.

    Bevell's Last Play Call

It worked because he has a QB that can run for his life. I'm not a big fan of the call, just for the fact if it wasn't caught it stops the clock and deep passes are 50/50 most of the time. But it worked, so good for him....... This time. Honestly I question that play call less than I question...

    Caution: My Rant...

Some valid points... I could care less about the music. Not sure I want a Tom Coughlin atmosphere in Seattle. The penalty thing drives me crazy too. It seems by now with this coaching staff being around for a few years that the team would have that under control.... nope, not yet, it's a...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (Lions @ Seahawks)

Seattle -26- I see the Hawks still having issues in the red zone. So I think they will get two TD's and four field goals. They will move the ball well, but with a banged up Lynch and a O-line still jelling I just don't see TD's yet. I think they are coming, but the team is still a few weeks off...

    Paul Richardson

I really see Locket and Richardson as replacments for Baldwin at some point (more of a money issue than anything, much like guys like Lynch, Okung, Mebane and Irvin will be at the end of the season). Not sure where he fits this season, but I would guess he plays his way back into game shape the...

    GIF/Video Highlight Thread

How was Rawls getting his helmet ripped of by 96 not a foul? That was a joke. Rawls and that guy were going at it all day, and Rawls was more than holding his own against a much bigger guy, it was kind of funny. I also love seeing Colman smash someone. It's nice to see a fullback leading the...

    Ricardo Lockette at WR

I'm not a huge fan of Lockette, but he has a place on this team and he makes plays on special teams and if you know this team they love all three facets of the game, not just offense and defense.

    O line grade today

I'd say D+ or C-. They were still way below average in pass blocking (plus the TE's gave the O-line NO HELP), and average in run blocking with a few glimpses of what "could be" good or great in the run blocking department. This O-line is still a long ways away from getting an A, B, or even a...

What a bunch of sour pusses.

This was a nice win, but I think after three weeks we can see that the team still needs quite a bit of work and that's where you get some of the "sour pusses". The O-line is still a weak link that needs more time to jell and the chemistry between Wilson and the WR/TE group is still in need of a...

Kevin Norwood released (UPDATED: Traded to Panthers)

I thought Norwood could be that possesion WR that the team had been looking for in the red zone, but with the signing of Graham and the development of Chris Mathews the team didn't need another fringe WR. It's to bad, I still like the guy and I think if he could have been stashed on the practice...

I want to see a lot of this...

Great catch, bad throw.... but it's great to have weapon's like Jimmy and Chris Mathews for Russell to throw the ball up to in situations like this. This team's offense should be fun to watch as the season progresses and they get even more on the same page (that includes the o-line as well).

    Zach Miller

It would be great to have Zack back for a one or two year run as a 2nd or 3rd TE (depending on his health), but I would guess the guy is done playing after all his injuries. He is notch or two above any of the TE's on this team in terms of blocking, but I just don't see him coming back unless...

    Keeping Bruce

Bruce will be gone after this season. Lets just hope he has a monster year and helps the team get to one more Superbowl this season.

Tyler Lockett getting reps with the first team in the slot

I'm really excited to see what Lockett brings to the team over the next few years (hopefully). I think he will bring an added positive addition to special teams this season (punt and kick returns) that the team has been missing since Washington and Tate left (and to a lesser degree, Harvin). As...
