    Cards Fan Here

Seven years, four teams, injury prone. A backup to legends such as Dan Orlovsky, Shaun Hill and Tim Tebow. Maybe he has figured it out and Arians has him in the right system...or he is a career backup that will begin to show his flaws soon. The Cardinal's D is a machine, but no running game...

    Regarding Penalties.

Reaney, I thought that about the holding as well, but we have been called 10 times while our opponents have had 11 called against them. Maybe the timing of the calls might be why it seems one-sided against us, or maybe we're just seeing things through blue and green glasses.

    Regarding Penalties.

Remember, never go full conspiracy! The Seahawks are the most penalized team and they also have the fewest called against their opponents, but the biggest gap is the pre-snap calls. We can't really blame bias or blunder on the part of the officials for pre-snap penalties. That is a lack of...

    Seahawks record following MNF

I'm not sure how you correlate the Rams post MNF performance with that of the Seahawks, or any other team for that matter. For all I know the Rams may have a history of being great the week after MNF. I wouldn't know, I'm not a Rams fan and don't care enough to look it up. The point of my...

    Seahawks record following MNF

I believe that a bit of that less-than-stellar performance against Dallas can be attributed to the fact that the Cowboys had much more prep time during the week than the Seahawks did. They started Monday after an early home game on Sunday. The Seahawks didn't get any downtime before starting...

Random Thoughts on the Dallas game

I'm not able to read all of the posts; but the common theme seems to be that Dallas was very well prepared and the Seahawks were not. Well, Dallas had an early Sunday home game and Seattle had a late Monday game and spent Tuesday in travel status. The Seahawks had a very short week on this...

Refs missed blatant facemask on Denver's game-tying TD

That's the play. I need confirmation that I wasn't seeing this through ocular blue and green. I understand that the officials can't see everything, but this was felonious!

Refs missed blatant facemask on Denver's game-tying TD

That's less blatant than the choke hold on Bennett when Manning completed the long pass to Sanders on that drive. I'm technologically challenged so no link or vid...but if someone can find it, it looks like MB would have had a sack pretty easily. Again, Michael Jordan rules for Manning.

San Diego Chargers offer blueprint for beating Seahawks

Yep, just order up 120 degrees on the field, recover all three of your fumbles, have Bruce Irvin hand you four points, and have Rivers/Gates play their best game of this decade. Yep, that's how you do it. Oh, and it has to be in your house. There you have it NFL. Why do I not feel doomed?

I'm telling you, heat was a factor.

Sometimes I have to educate myself on what I already know. Reduced performance in extreme heat is physical...period. There is a distinct difference to preparing in heat in order to compete in the heat. And just to set the record straight, the temp where the Q is located is generally 8-12...

Irvin on the edge of bust

Shouldn't the bust go to Schneider/Carroll for drafting a second round talent in the first round? Irvin is ok. A player doesn't all of a sudden become more talented because the front office deems him to be worthy of pick #15.

I'm telling you, heat was a factor.

The heat was a factor, period. It affected us more than them. I live about three minutes from the Q and it has been a hot a$$, humid summer once you get a couple of miles inland. Living in it and preparing in it is one thing, arriving to it obviously has its own effects.

Random thoughts on the Chargers game

A pretty good Chargers team in their home opener mixed in with a 115 humid degrees on the field. A Charger team that is pretty good offensively and took the Cardinals to the wire in their house. I think a lot of Seahawk fans might have had an idea that this game wasn't going to be a...

The San Diego Road Trip Thread updated (9/10)

Reread the post bro. I didn't say the game wasn't sold out, I said there were plenty of tickets available (as usual). You know, the whole demographics thing of San Diego County...there is a local market demand for just about every NFL team...ticket brokers meeting the market demands...you...

The San Diego Road Trip Thread updated (9/10)

I've been representing in San Diego since 1985. What a beautiful sight the Q will be this Sunday! My wife and I are going, but I need to know what sections will be holding the Seahawk masses. Still plenty of tickets available (as there always is for Charger home games) I don't want to end up...

    KAMTRACK

No blown calls except for the two flops by Clay Matthews that drew holding flags. No holding on either play, although there were, "elements indicative of holding" i.e., the defender falls to the ground as if he's been shot, therefore he must have been held. Clay is quite the drama queen...

Will the Hawks be better or worse next year?

Absolutely vapid. If you require elaboration, dumbest-poll-ever.
