    Honestly, our schedule blessed us after the loss to the Rams. We faced 3 teams with Blitz/pressure heavy D’s for Darnold to sharpen the blade. That focus on handling pressure paid dividends that continue to pay off.

    Yep...totally agree. I'm 80% confident he's here in 2026, and 30% 2027...but hopeful he's interested in a coaching role and MM adds him to the staff. MM's already said he includes Kupp in strategy sessions. Being a local certainly helps.

    Hard to predict. I could easily see a team offering $5-6m annually, which I doubt the hawks match. Possibly $8-10m for a rebuild team thinking they’re getting a B level end on a bargain. We’re guilty of signings like these historically…fortunately not as much anymore.

    I’m in the same boat. Thing is that Mafe had a couple of decent years prior and a is FA from the SB winner with an outstanding D. Some team looking to shore up their end position might value him on those factors and make an offer the hawks don’t want to match. Probably worth a late comp pick.

    Forgot to answer the question… Shaheed feels like Big Cat and Jones…players JS gave up draft capital to obtain, played well, and fill a critical need on the roster. I expect a good, but not excessively pricey extension.

    JSN and Spoon are most critical to address, possibly/probably with 5th year extensions. Bryant and Woolen probably get paid elsewhere, potentially netting picks next year. Mafe will also demand a bunch of $$ and can see them letting him go if they feel good about 1 or 2 PS guys. Walkers...
