    Replace Mafe?

Projections have Mafe getting mid edge $$ (PFF $16m/yr & Spotrack $12m/yr). Talking heads are mostly aligned to Mafe departing. Dan Viens speculated (to be clear, he did not predict this) who the hawks could sign to replace Mafe (Odafe Oweh, Los Angeles Chargers) for the same ball park...

    Re-evaluating Sam's Super Bowl

💯 Sam can make every throw and won a bunch of games for us this year. This average tag comes from some odd belief he’s only a game managers. He manages when the plan calls for it and he’s Superman when he gets the call. It’s more accurate to say Sam “can be a game manager when needed”…but...

    Re-evaluating Sam's Super Bowl

Milton had himself a game as well. But to your point, individual performances don't mean squat when the opponent plays as a unit.

    Re-evaluating Sam's Super Bowl

Comparatively, our O-line was superior. But those Pats interior lineman applied a $hit load of pressure. Sam didn’t have an easy day, but handled it really well. He executed the plan that MM and KK dialed in like a surgeon. Gonzalez played an excellent game and denied the O considerable...

Seahawks Ownership Simulation - You're the new owner

1st thing: Ask JS if there's any barriers he needs removed. 2nd thing: Ask MM if there's any barriers he needs removed. 3rd thing: Get out of their way.

Seahawks odds of SB win during 2025 season

    I missed the 65-1 odds by a day...but 60-1 still had a decent payout.

    Restricted Free Agents

That is an interesting tidbit I was not aware of...thanks for sharing. It certainly changes the dynamic when you don't have to guarentee the tender (which I assumed). If I'm understanding correctly...they can tender, protecting them from being poached w/o an ability to match and/or be...

    Klint really trying to poach

I’d poach anyone I felt could help.

I’ll let JS know you ok’d it. :-)

    Restricted Free Agents

Do you have an opinion of Stoll? Neither do I…that’s exactly what you want on your starting LS and we’ve had misery when they suck. Lowest contract for a starter. Unless someone overpays, re-sign this kid.

    Restricted Free Agents

Yep...Russell is definitely a keeper and as a 4th string TE, 2nd string FB, and special teamer...probably not going to garner a bunch of $$ from other teams. He made a little over $1m last year on a 1 year deal. The hawks know his value and will prob reward him with a bump, maybe 2 yr deal.

Drake is the only no brainer IMO. I like Bobo a lot and think he should be re-signed...but not at ~$4m/year. Stoll should be a priority to keep, but not at that salary. I think most of these guys will get a deal with the hawks...but could see Pili and White go to other teams in need at those...

K9. Saddle up and pay or not?

Talking heads think he gets tagged if they can't come to an agreement before. RB is such a challenging position for contracts. Top tier demand big $$, but have a monster rate of injury. Should be an exciting offseason for sure.

    3rd Year

I think the D is setup as well as could be considering the circumstances. MM’s adding coaching talent and Emm (and the rest) have another year in the system.

Sounds like MM for the offense. Trying to contain my enthusiasm...but it's growin'.

    A lot of “ifs"

If the league can clone MM...they might have a shot at the Lombardi next year. Otherwise, it stays right here!

    Janocko headed to Vegas

Yep...nothing but best wishes for both he & Kubiak. If they had to go, the Raiders is prob about the best place for our interests.
