    What's your take on the Rams? Are they going to turn it around this year? I want to believe we can win those games but my mind says no. Another assumption of mine is that McVeigh lives rent free in Pete Carrol's head but I could be wrong.

    I love everything that is happening this year and my gut tells me 9-10 wins can happen. With that said I think the Seahawks lose both games to the Rams and their game with the Niners. This is why I think the game at AZ is so important to win. FWIW the Rams seem to be Kryptonite to the Seahawks.
